Vumatel worst ISP provider

About two months ago Vumatel did upgrades in Emmarentia , JHB. Since them i have been having problems To date I have to contact my service provider six times to log a query . Every time a Technician has to to my box outside to make repairs. Every time i am about two days without fibre. I have to pay my service provder but I am not receiving service from Vumatel Last ref today is 712 999 logged on the 26/06/2024.
