Vumatel Worst Infrastructure Service Provider

Vumatel are the most shocking infrastructure service provider in the country. Their service is absolutely shocking. They hold the monopoly of the Meyerton area but cannot deliver. Then they are so scared to put their contact details on their website they conveniently put the service providers details so they are thrown under the bus who are then shouted at by clients because they are unable to assist them because it is actually not their fault. The service providers are put under tremendous stress because they themselves are even unable to contact Vumatel as they dont have an after hour support line. This is absolutely ridiculous. We have been experiencing so much downtime since having fibre that we are actually considering going back to the dish. Please get your ducks in a row and start delivering a first class service or leave it for someone else.
