Vumatel worst Fibre service provider

Vumatel is the worst service provider and only service provider in my area, had much better service from SADV. Currently a total Fibre blackout and becoming a recurring issue, not to mention the intermittent connection issues the past month every night from 7pm... Yet being billed in full even after the last outage lasted almost 3 days... Mweb really need to get another service provider as they are not even bothered with their customers outages nor advising of such issues.... 2 really useless companies working together....
