VUMATEL WORST FIBRE PROVIDER WITH TERRIBLE ISP SERVICE

We signed up with Vumatel fibre on 15 December 2020. Since signing up we have had constant fibre issues and have been without fibre for at least 2-3 days a week. This is ridiculous because the installation and internet package does not come cheap. Now we are stuck with them as the provider in our area. We are working from home and are dependent on the fibre. Today is day 3 without fibre and we have no idea what the issue is and how to resolve it. I am at my wits end with all these stressors.
