Vumatel worst fibre provider in South Africa

Intermittent connection. All Vumatel fibre ever say is to contact ISP and log a ticket. Then on hold for 30 minutes with Telkom every time. Who will pay for the costs to phone ISP every time????? Vumatel best to give your business to another company, clearly you bit off more than you can chew. Worst service ever!!!!!
