Vumatel - Worst Customer Service

So we (and a few neighbours) are sitting without internet for almost a week now. Afrihost says they've logged a complaint with Vumatel to send a technician as there seems to be a problem with Vumatel line. Have tried calling Vumatel but no one picks up the phone. Afrihost also said they've also escalated the complaint with Vumatel (that was Monday) and haven't heard anything yet
