Vumatel worse company ever

Vumatel is the worse ever I've been waiting over a month for them to send a technician out to come check my router out, last week a lady called from their office to let me know a technician will come out on Monday past nobody ever pitched I'm still waiting for my fault to be fixed I'm beyond frustrated as i keep getting the run around from them!!
