Vumatel wonderful customer service

Good Day I would like to thank Bevan at Vumatel (Network manager for south of Johannesburg) for his wonderful service in assisting me to organise fibre at my new residence. There was a problem with my new residential address and as a result my application was rejected by my service provider. As I work from home and need internet access to do my job I was desperate so I flagged down a Vumatel van in our area and Lucas the technician was only too happy to come to my residence to have a look. He then contacted his boss Bevan who made an effort to come to my residence to have a look. Once he left I received 4 telephone calls and 3 hours later I had an installation date of today for fibre to be installed. I can credit Bevan for his wonderful customer service to go out of his way to assist me and today a week later I have fibre so I can work. Many Thanks and much appreciated. Jayne
