Vumatel with wedafrica gives me alot of problems

This people is a disgrace. I dont know why they still in business. I have treid numerous times for them to cancel they active line that they say i have at my address. I wanted to install a router through vuma but apparently i have an active line which i dont. I asked them if i can cancel the line see that the line is active at my address. That i also cant do. So if been contacting then for the last two weeks and it does not seem like they can sort the problem out. How do u get to install a line using the wrong address. That does not make any sense
