vumatel - wish i could change service providers - poor show -untrained staff at vumatel
Your email below refers -still no contact from vumatel. only lies about getting back to me ? Your vumatel technician arrived at 7am this morning , only to say its not his responsibility ????? …and that it’s the civil team that needs to come !!!! You dispatched the wrong team ! This has only happened 4 times ! everyday I call , no one ever calls back ! and nobody will let us know what is the fault ?? Is there anyone at Vuma who can actually do the job they are paid for (you should all be ashamed) poor show !!!!!!! perhaps you should spend on training your call centre staff….. Wish I could use another service provider.
