Vumatel wifi instalation

They promised to send technicians to install to wifi i payed everything technician where supposed to arrived at 10:30 I call the customer care the lady said and I quote " I can't lie to you but the technicians never arrive on time" I mean whats that i am also working i asked for 2 hours at work so that these technicians can come and install and they dont do that in suburbs and they taking us for granted here in townships. As I am writing this it is they havent arrived its so frustrating
