Vumatel Wi-Fi ****

I refer to the above mentioned company.

Since I paid R499.99 on Friday and I was promised that the WiFi installation will happen on the same day, yet I have not received the device to date.

I enquired about their services using a Whatsapp number from the internet. Subsequent to my enquiry, I received feedback and later an invoice via WhatsApp. I then proceeded to pay without verifying the authenticity of such an invoice.

Can someone tell me what is happening. I keep chatting on your WhatsApp line with this number +***2 but to no assistance thus far.

I fear that I may be ****med for the person on the other side through this Whatsapp line demanded that I pay R250 for transportation.

This is the exact Whatsapp message I received...

"Registration has been approved also done with arrangements for your package's, delivery will be R250 for transportation to proceed you'll provide payment at the above details or use voucher but it must be 1voucher or OTT voucher, I'll be waiting for your response soon."

Is this for real???

I find it strange because I was informed that an upfront payment of R499.99 is Payable and that after the second month I will then have to pay a monthly subscription of R250.

Now suddenly after the payment of R499.99 a new condition emanates...

Can someone tell me if this is real???
