Vumatel where all hope goes to die!

I am sickened by the customer service vumatel offers their clients. *********** people are employed wasting our time and money. My internet was suspended by vumatel and to get it reactivated is such a hard task for them. 3 days of explaining the same issue to over 10 agents who still haven't help sort the issue yet. I am just so annoyed with their lack of knowledge and don't give a damn attitude. Not even the managers care to assist when their agents fail. Pathetic and disgraceful!
