Vumatel - what a disgrace.

Finally after having ordered a ftth line on the 28th march, it was installed yesterday. The installation had it's issues: the installer disconnected my landlady's line, and had to come back.

I got home today and the line isn't working. I have spent the last literal hour trying to get this issue resolved. I finally got hold someone of the phone only to be told that Vumatel only service during office hours... so again hurry up and wait, except, there is no one here tomorrow to perhaps get a response from Vumatel, and plug and unplug the box...

This whole installation from beginning to end has been a disaster, between Vox and Vumatel what a disgrace.

I will definitely be cancelling this line by giving the 50days notice.
