Vumatel we're extreme fast to repsond to a faulty line reported to afrihost. They installed the new less that 24 hours from requesting it from adrihost. A week or so later there was an issue in the area and the entire Kraaifontein was down, once that was resolved the followed up on their own accord and detected a fault on their system end was at my residence before I had time to log a call myself. This issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes and with no additional cost on my side. Vuma also phoned a few days later to confirm if everything was working and the see if I needed anything else.
