Vumatel Website offering false free installations deals with ISP

I signed up for a early bird Fibre special last year OCT18 which was offered through VumaTel Website and Webafrica featured saying be first to get FIBRE and pay no installation fee when you go live aslong as you dont cancel within the first 12 months. You will need to pay delivery.

I though this was a fair deal as I heard rumours fibre were coming. They started to lay the cables. All the ISPs knocked on my door offering free installation and I declined as I signed up with WebAfrica months ago. I got my router yesterday and signed up.

To my suprise I got a bill today for installation R1700. I phoned the WebAfrica who said the deal ended in SEO.

I signed up in OCT and have a confirmation email from VUMATEL. Web Africa refuses to take claim to this charge and take no responsibilty of what has been promised. They told me you guys website was wrong.

I am sorry but this is not acceptable. Why am I being offering these things and now its a different story. VERY DISAPPOINTING ... especially since all other competitors were offering way better deals and offer free installation and I am stuck with false promises. Everyone in my neighbourhood is not paying for installation

I got a email today from Afrihost who will offer a free installation and now I cant make use of this deal.
