VUMATEL WEBAFRICA.. WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME. !!

Scheduled an install on the 16th of September, The install guys connected the fibre to the house and left the conduits on the grass when i specifically asked them to trench because I have a dog in the yard. They left the house with the cable exposed and everything. Sure enough dog chewed the cable not even an hour before they left. I have been lodging tickets everyday since and nothing. And one guy on the install team demands I pay him money on the side before they can come and fix my line. This is a total nightmare. I'll have to cancel everything if these guys dont come by end of month. VUMATEL AND WEBAFRICA ARE THE WORST. DONT EVEN ATTEMPT!
