Vumatel Webafrica WiFi Constant Issues
A week never goes by without the services having issues. If it's not infrastructure issues, it's technical issues yet one pays the full 30days subscription. 90% if my neighbours are on vumatel, webafrica R399 option and it's always discussions on instability of the network. It would be safe to say that from the 30days subscription we pay, we have connectivity for half the month

said "*Shamiema A.*: Your outage reference is INC-*** you can however ask them to give you more information on it because once the outage is clear we can assist with a fault." Its been off again since Friday after only coming back Wednesday.
Am I expected to pay again this month after being off for nearly 10days? Funny how this issues are always happening, every month
