Vumatel Webafrica taking your money as they please

I've been an client with vumatel (Webafrica) since the beginning and must say service went out the window. They just there for your money and it's getting worse. They have an greed is so bad that they deduct money of an account that is in no longer of use to them and will debit twice if they need to.

After sending proof of this they still can not locate the payments and on thier systems you only have one account of which they can see but the proof says otherwise. They've informed me that they going to refund me and the process takes 14 working days and six (6) months later they going to refund me and I'm sorry to say this is unacceptable that an client of so long being treated this way

So for people wanting to make use of them vumatel Webafrica go somewhere else they will take your money and keep you waiting forever before connecting or reconnect you
