Vumatel/ Webafrica horrible service

The service I received from Webafrica is beyond pathetic. I have being trying for the pass 2 months to get a refund of over payment, which has been unsuccessful. I contact them via whatsapp Napoleon was the person I chatted to.. she/he can't even write English properly, one of the replies as to why mu refund is taking so long is " remember we don't give money out we looking for money". I also asked for a number I can call to speak to the manager which she said there us no number to contact the manager. I then called the sales office and let a message for the manager to get call me that was on the 5th April 2023.. I am still waiting. So I haven't paid for the current month because of this issue..
