Vumatel \ WebAfrica - Distasteful conduct and customer service!

We've experienced Outage in Orlando West for the past week and the status is listed as 'In Progress". There is no ETA provided by the Vumatel and WebAfrica indicating when this will be sorted. During this time one has to resort to purchasing data that is extremely expensive in order to conduct day to day business. To be told by the consultant that its not Vumatel's problem that there is an outage and they will not be refunding clients is just another *******. Now this will go one for the second week now. No Accountability, No resolution time, No refund but Ive paid for the full service.
