Vumatel-WebAfrica

I requested a fiber line from Vumatel and chosen ISP was Webafrica. I made payment on the 12th October 2024. I had a fiber line already, technicians came to set up and power on my router but I am still unable to connect. Made numerous contacts with WebAfrica but all they do is send email escalations to Vumatel. I enquired about a cancellation to get my full refund, only to be told that will also take 10-15 days to be processed. I'm so frustrated with your service
