Firstly, why do people in Mitchell's plain have such a pathetic fibre providor? They dont have a customer care email address so there is no paper trail, only your word against theirs, Then they keep canceling my installation I've ordered a line via vodacom on the 14th December, up till now all I received after payment was made is lies, bull**** and the worst service ever. Are we really forced to use this useless fibre providor. Dont I have an alternative. What a way to ***** money from customers
