Vumatel & Vox
I have to phone Vox and Vumatel almost everyday with connection issues. This has been going on for months.

26 Feb 2025, 14:18Vumatel phoned me and told me they are sending a technician out before 1pm. needless to say no one pitch. When I phone Vumatel customer service I was told I live in a high risk area all of a sudden. I live in an upmarket area and it was not too high risk to lay cables and take my money. I see Vumatel cars driving in this area. They are pathetic.
