Vumatel & Vox
I took up a deal with Vox in Nov 2022, installation was done etc. Vox to this day cannot get internet working. Vumatel blames Vox and Vox Blames Vumatel and I am just stuck for 3 months with no service at all. I have called numerous times, and even had a tech guy at my place from Vumatel. But nothing happened. Today a "Supervisor" from VumaTel was suppose to come out, but he/she did not bother either. No contact to reschedule. nothing. Vox just does not care either
