Vumatel-Vodacom Fibre

Vumatel & Vodacom Fibre, thee most useless service I have ever experienced, I’ve logged numerous support calls and the issue never gets resolved. This is my 4th call to Vodacom fibre with the same issue ***-840064 the line has been recently installed and it has been only a month and a couple of days.

Please advise on the service cancellation.
