Vumatel/ Vodacom are a disgrace!!!
On Tuesday, Vumatel installed fiber at our house. Vodacom was supposed to deliver a modem. Wednesday a lady at the call center said, someone from 'the office' will phone us to arrange delivery. Thursday and Friday came and went without any communication from these ***********, pathetic lot! I'm canceling in the morning. Cooling off period only expires on Tuesday!!!

18 May 2021, 13:10Thank you for your feedback! The router was delivered this morning. I just feel the installation people could've communicated a little bit better. Had they told me what the process will be, I wouldn't have written my first review. When they left on Tuesday, they just told me someone will deliver the router later. By Friday I was still waiting and expected someone from Telkom to deliver the router. All is sorted now and we're satisfied. Thanks once again.
