Vumatel very very horrible, another company needs to replace this joke

I am sooooo frustrated with Vumatel right now. I woke up with no internet connection, called my ISP only to be told my account was canceled on Vumatels end. How do you just cancel an account with out me requesting a cancelation and even after cancelling it why not notify me? Why did abdebit order go through then because I was told cancelation was done on Thursday last week but just the very next day you take out money from my account. I've called both you guys and ISP but nobody even knows how to help me. Can I either get my money back instantly or get connected back asap because I also need to work!!!
