Vumatel - very poor service in repairing damaged cable

ISP reference number is : ISP-172530 Vumatel Ticket Number: 213860 (Cable damage) Most pathetic service ever experienced. It took Vumatel 5 days to send out someone only to tell me that another depatment (new installations) need to provide a quote and once they receive payment will they attend to the problem. Still waiting for quotation......still no internet..........very poor service. All of this even after they promised that the issue has been escalated.....imagine if not
