Vumatel Very Poor Customer service Pathetic

Poor Pathetic Customer service from Vumatel and Vox Telecoms Poor service and no existent customer service especially from Vumatel.. The ISP Vox is also pathetic as they have never fully resolved my issues for the past 5 years but Vumatel takes the award for worse fibre provider. Imagine thus they don't have a standby crew, their excuse is "our technicians have knocked off" what a feeble excuse. Do they realise that we work from home with international clients and need internet to contact clients due to time zone differences.. I am just mortified by the fact that they cannot repair the issue.
