Vumatel v MWeb

Fibre... I had fibre fitted, router on wall, from Vumatel. I started with WebAfrica, but couldn’t sort out emails and kept running out of airtime So cancelled with WebAfrica and decided to go with Mweb, as they are my service provider (no need to change emails) This was in December- Mweb say they are waiting for Vumatel, Vumatel say all is sorted. I have seen bad reviews on these two, should I cancel fibre request and stay with ADSL? Problem being I want decent Wi-Fi for Showmax on DSTV. Spoke to Vumatel this morning (5th March) they gave me a reference number for their technical dept to contact me. Someone from Brite called (?) and asked if everything was sorted, I said NO, still waiting for them to come back to me, again.
