Vumatel utterly useless
Vumatel is the most useless fibre provider,the lines are constantly down and everytime you call they have the most unprofessional telephone etiquette, they ha e no technical knowledge and have no idea what's going on overall. They charge an additional fee ontop of what my ISP charges but provide 0 support. This is an example of a typical South African company that is only in ti for the money ,no aftersales service, no followups . They actually need a competitor as they control the market currently and have everyone at their mercy.UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL

31 Oct 2022, 08:38Hi Zoleka, I was not given any ticket, My ISP is vodacom i phoned Vumatel 6 times over the past week, they refused to give me any ticket or reference number. All i was told is to contact my ISP and they will follow up. The issue s not with Vodacom but with Vumatel and Vumatel fails to acknowledge or take responsibility. The people i speak to have no clue and no dont like helping and keep pushing the buck to my ISP. Vodacom has nothing to do with it if the lines are down and affecting everyone This is a Vumatel issue.

I cant get a ticket or reference number, nor can i get the full name of the person i speak to because they refuse to give it. 99% of the problems are with Vumatel and not Vodacom so when i have an issue i want to report it Vumatel quickly and efficiently, not waste my airtime on someone who has no clue and cant help
