Vumatel - Useless Useless -Please dont use try get another service provider.

What a circus of incompetence - Having exhausted all telephonic attempts to have my service fixed I had to resort to going to the Vuma head office in Bryanston -Charles assisted mew and promised that they would be on site to resolve on the same day ??? Unfortunatlely this never happened and the commitment to do so as promised never took place. I since have attempted to call and both so called agents have hung up or got cut off when they cant advise on the issue. Have never experienced such bad service in South Africa one wonders how they stay in business. Useless please please try use another service provider save yourself the incompetance .
