Vumatel useless service

Ongoing Fibre Outage and Poor Service from Vumatel/Vodacom

Dear Hello Peter Team,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the pathetic level of service I have received from Vumatel/Vodacom regarding my fibre connection.

My fibre has been offline for an extended period, and despite numerous phone calls to both Vumatel and Vodacom, the issue remains unresolved. Each call leads to the same empty promises, transfers, and reference numbers — but no actual action or feedback.

To make matters worse, there is no proper email contact for escalation, leaving customers like myself completely stranded without support. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable, especially for a paid service that many rely on daily for work and communication.

I expect immediate attention to this matter and a clear resolution timeline. Customers should not have to beg for basic service delivery or chase after updates that never come.
