Vumatel Useless

I have been waiting for my Fiber with Vodacom to be relocated since 25 June. Apparently Vodacom are waiting for Vumatel to install order number SO***. No one at Vodacom can assist and if you try and contact Vumatel they tell you that you must deal with your service provider. What a disgrace in this technological day and age
