Vumatel useless customer service and technicians

For a week now I have been following up on a problem with the line As we work from home we need our fiber connection The lies and empty promises are disgusting We are still waiting for a technician to assist with the issue I would not recommend them at all No one gets back to you and the customer service consultants are beyond useless
