Vumatel useless company ever..

I have paid for installation on the 23 dec 2020 untill today nothing has been done no installation no good feedback from My vuma isp sibusiso *** and his manager siya *** all they keep on doing is installed it to the wrong address yet they have my address i have email *** and *** not reply I have send them inbox on face book telling dem all my sorry send proof of payment and all the reference number vumatel send all they can say i must go back to m isp knowing very well they failing to help me all i want is my money back yet this company refuse to give me my money refuses to give my they service all they did was to rob me my R395.
