Vumatel - Useless

The worst service ever... they informed us of downtime in our area from the 9th Oct 9am to 10th Oct 3pm, duration come and gone and the lines still down.. now we call in regarding the line being down, they now logged a call for our line which will take up to 72hrs for a tech to attend to.. so no one checks after the downtime that the clients are up and running again... this isn’t the first time they have been down for so long... Vumatel you SUCK... I pay for a 100mb line on time ...this is the ******* non existence of service I get!!!
