Vumatel useless
My experience with Vumatel has been nothing short of a joke. I moved houses, and requested the line to be moved. Ive just had the second team of technicians come to my house and for the SECOND time its the wrong team. I looks like there is a circus being run at vumatel. Please assist to resolve. I have was originally dealing with Zukiswa Mphaki who promised to resolve, the went on leave. Lebo Mabokeng is now dealing with this ticket, who as useless as can be. Now I will trace Niel Schoeman and mail him. Maybe i will get some traction.
