Vumatel unwilling to assist

So disappointed with the cancelations department and lungile . Requested assistance in changing isps and get told I must get Canellation from Vox, which was clearly stated that they not giving and I need to chang isp but told they cannot assist dispute sending them pdf proof my line status.
