Vumatel Unreliable!!

I requested for fiber in August and was instructed to make payment and I did, on the 26 Aug. To this day I have been the one calling them all the time to try and get my fiber installed and there’s no resolution whatsoever that they have come up with. They just point fingers at another party and the other party does the same, I have used my airtime to call them and had to buy data repeatedly for me to work at home.
