VUMAtel Unreachable

Vumatel dug up our Business Park driveway/parking area to install their cable sleeve and installed a manhole. The subcontractor was asked to repair the driveway/parking area to the same condition as it was found. However when it came to the reparation, not only was the work done shoddy, but the substrate was not compacted and the brickwork was not grouted as per the original installation. The result is that our driveway/parking is sagging next to the manhole and there is a trench that formed along the length of the installed pipeline. I have tried numerous times to contact the original Vuma representative Alester, I have tried talking to the VUMA cable installers who refuse to give me HQ's no, and have called Telkom Directory services (Their number is undisclosed) I have also tried reaching them via their website, all to no avail. VUMAtel does not respond. I want them to repair our driveway/parking at their cost, they created the damage and now we have to live with it, no way!
