Vumatel - unprofessional, unreliable,Poor Service

Vumatel fibre installed in my unit on the 23rd November. It was not functioning properly, I was told a technical person will come and attend the next day. Installation invoice received and paid on The 24th. New call logged on the 1st December. 30292. Received a call on the 2nd, 8h30 that technician will be at my premises between 9h30 and 11h00. I called 3 times today, it is almost 14h00, no technician in sight. Call centre cannot do anything except update the system. Vumatel is unprofessional and unreliable.Fo not use their services
