Vumatel Unhelpful

I have been trying to get fiber installed in my home since the beginning of the month, with no success. My ISP has logged multiple tickets with Vumatel for installation to no avail. Each and everytime without fail the ticket gets confirmed and then does not show on vumatels system. The call center employees are snarky and rude and extremely unhelpful in assisting me to obtain a service that I have paid for already. To the determent of my ISP vumatel only accepts tickets for my order logged through them and refuses to help the ISP to get confirmation of the order over the phone. All in all terrible service and unhelpful if you can avoid the monopoly that is vumatel I would highly suggest you use a different fibre company.
