Vumatel - Uncontactable
I deal with Accelerit - my ISP and Vumatel provide the fibre.
The service levels from Accelerit have been absolutely shocking. My internet is constantly down. Vumatel is uncontactable - there is no number on their website and you are forced to go through Accelerit who does not attend to the support requests and as such I can never get through to Vumatel to get my fibre fixed. What a ridiculous situation.

11 Apr 2021, 12:59On the 9 April we gave Vumatel the ticket number via Messenger - Sando Crowther provided it. The number is ISP 744755. Vumatel responded saying they cant pick up anything on that number. 6 more messages were sent to Vumatel via Messenger with no response from Vumatel.
Two other ISP numbers were sent as well. ISP 583644 and ISP119961.
We believe it is probably the Raycore box that is faulty.

12 Apr 2021, 10:54I have opened the external fibre box on our house and can see that the connection consists of exposed strands of fibre covered in moist dust / sand in the box. The connection is very poor and individual stands of fibre are exposed to moisture. One of the strands is also broken.
