VUMATEL (They TEL you one thing and do nothing)

I live at 20 56th avenue Umhlatuzana and have had VUMATEL busy in my area installing fibre for a while now and they caused damage to both my gates electrical system and refuse to repair it.

I contacted someone named Bradley that I was told is construction project manager who sent out a construction manager to have a look at the problem. The manager that saw me yesterday 03 November 2020 said that he would need to speak to his supervisor and get back to me later yesterday.

I haven't heard back from him nor did I get any response from Bradley after sending him numerous messages to let him know what was or should I say wasn't going on.

Vumatel is messing with and messing up people's property and refuses to take accountability for their actions.

I hope that this can be resolved soon as now my gates are shorting out and may blow both my motors.
