Vumatel THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I put a complaint on Tuesday this week about Vumatel. they said they will come back to me. Until now nothing was done. I'm on uncapped fiber. This is the most unprofessional and bad service ever. The funny this is that they answered me on Hellopeter and said they will fix the problem. Still nothing
