Vumatel the worst service provider.

We have had a problem for the last 5 days, it was reported three times. I was told nothing but they will forward the problem. Who does service like this? Vumatel does!!!!! Is bad service just acceptable is South Africa? this is internet, I pay for an internet service, I have not been able to use the service for the last 5 days. Or is Vumatel just the worst service provider? I am starting to think they are just ***********, and their support staff are only taught to do brush offs rather than solving your problem.
