VUMATEL - THE WORST EVER!

The worst 'service provider' ever! If only our complex didn't choose them as the 'preferred service provider' for fiber! I never experienced any unstable internet before Vumatel. I used ADSL Telkom for 18 years+ with no problems, and then I was forced to use Vumatel for fiber. Ever since Vumatel, I have 'unstable and intermittent internet' on a regular basis. The price has been increased twice - yet again last week, and the service has reduced by 100%! Customers were informed that they are doing maintenance this week - so if no fiber from Monday 8 May at 08:00 to Friday 12 May at 17:00 - it is just tough for the PAYING customers working from home. I am presenting a 40 hours training course online from 8-12 May. So now I pay an increased fee AND also pay another service provider to 'hot spot' for 40 hours to be able to do my work. I do not Vumatel to anybody - the WORST ever! I will definitely go back to Open serve or any OTHER service provider, ASAP!
