Vumatel the worst company ever(hopefully they disappear

My saga started on the 8 of September 2020 I signed up with with coolideas everything when smoothly or so I thought. The company coolideas is a mazing there customer service impeccable however vumatel the company from hell.

Up until now I have not heard anything from them regarding my installation If I had known they were going to be the installation company boy or boy I would of cancelled they are utter useless. Up until now it been internally investigated this was a week ago. I hope this company disappears completely.

Probably a bee company that got a contract now they cannot do the job. My advice to you is if you sign up with fibre find out who will be doing the installation if it is vumatel take a pass you will end more frustrated than anything else.

If there was a way to rate - 100 I would do it this company deserves to go under,as evidence by the customer service.
